The much-awaited return of Hurst’s ‘HocNet’ tournament, took place at Hurst last week. A fantastic event with eight schools in the U12A group and seven in the U13A group following the new format. This fun tournament is designed to give all participants a great experience of playing both hockey and netball within the same competition. A welcome return to fixtures meant a lively buzz around the campus.
There were some fantastic skills on show in all matches, with participants giving their best and embracing the idea of the tournament. Hurst performed well in both netball and hockey, and despite some very tough competition, both the under 12A and under 13A finished top when scores were combined. A great evening had by all!
“ It was wonderful to see the return of Hurst's unique HocNet tournament. The atmosphere was electric! ” Kristina Money, Head of Girl's Sport (Prep school)
