Hogwarts at Hurst

Prep School pupils were very excited to arrive at school yesterday for Harry Potter Day.

A recent pupil survey revealed this to be one of the top requests and all pupils enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to come to school as Harry, Hermione, Ron and even Dobbie and Hagrid.

The costumes were amazing and the children thoroughly enjoyed a day of themed lessons using new and exciting resources to enrich their curriculum learning. These included writing spells in Latin, magical science experiments, mathematical money problems using galleons, sickles and knuts and even Quidditch in the games lesson!
