The pupils enjoyed admiring all the animals from across the world and particularly liked seeing the baby meerkats, squirrel monkeys, and (a big highlight!) a shy pair of red pandas. The fun did not stop there, though, and they had a great afternoon spent at the adventure playground and rides. The children showed their competitive sides in the Zoo Olympics where they had to see who could shout the loudest, climb the highest pole, run the fastest, and stand on one leg for the longest like a flamingo!
