Some of the Hurst ski team, set off on Monday to Langraaf in the Netherlands. Langraaf is a very large indoor ski facility that has a dedicated training slope for ski races, where Hurst often bump into national ski teams, preparing for their winter season.
The three programme started with simple warm drills and progressed through to mini slalom gates and finally the full monty, a 500-metre slalom course with approximately. 30 gates. The team had access to full video recording and then analysis in the evening. With the hotel also being onsite, it was a very manageable programme, which also included a short afternoon break to the local trampoline park.
